SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY LB Hair Extensions
1. Shipping
LB Hair Extensions ships orders after payment confirmation.
Delivery times vary depending on destination, shipping carrier, and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout or after order confirmation.
LB Hair Extensions is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or force majeure circumstances.
2. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated individually based on:

All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.
3. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once shipped, customers will receive a confirmation with shipping details and tracking information, if available.
4. Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic products and hair-related items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable if opened, used, or altered.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
Returns or replacements are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during shipping.
Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order, with photo or video proof provided.
6. Incorrect Address & Unclaimed Packages
LB Hair Extensions is not responsible for deliveries affected by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to claim delivery, reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
